As the Chief Creative Officer and Co-Founder of ALT3RA, Stephen Truhett leads with vision, intention, and an unwavering passion for storytelling that cuts through the noise. With over eight years of experience as a professional documentary and commercial filmmaker and photographer, he has built a career on crafting narratives that are bold, emotionally compelling, and visually striking.
In addition to his work with ALT3RA, Stephen owns and operates two other creative businesses, each of which has played a pivotal role in sharpening his leadership abilities and refining his creative voice. These ventures have taught him how to balance innovation with strategy, and artistry with impact.
At the heart of Stephen’s work is a deep commitment to helping clients express who they are and what they set out to do—through content that doesn’t just look good, but resonates on a human level.
A lifelong musician—primarily a guitarist, though also proficient in drums, bass, keys, and vocals—Stephen brings a natural sense of rhythm, harmony, and emotional depth to his visual storytelling.
